About the Advanced Development Program

The ADP is a year round training program with two training sessions per week during the off season, one practice during normal club season play and we train during all seasons. The ADP training program will be offered to high performing boys and girls players in the U11 - U15 age groups. The selected players will be invited to participate in the development sessions while being registered and active on their respective club team.

All players will continue to represent their club in practices and matches.  The East Cherokee Futbol Club Advanced Development Program (ADP) is for those talented kids who have a natural gift or overwhelming desire to progress their skillset and learn the game at a higher level. These players will be invited based on their attitude, ambition, and ability. All players will be to expected to adhere to a strict training regiment and will include working independently on their own while not currently training.  To recommend a player for further scouting or evaluation click here.

Meet the ADP staff

Coach Connie Rossi

Coach Connie Rossi (formerly Boisseau) grew up in Florida and began playing soccer at age 8 and playing competitively by age 10. By age 15, Connie was elected to participate in the state and regional USNT Olympic Development Program teams. She holds the record at her high school for most assists and goals in a season, and she was named the All Big Bend Player of the Year in her Junior year (2007) for the panhandle of Florida in career points. In 2008, she committed to the University of West Florida (Division II) and helped lead the team as a freshman starter (left outside midfielder) to the NCAA National Championship game. Coach Connie still enjoys playing soccer today in a couple of local adult leagues in her spare time, but has a passion for sharing her knowledge of soccer with the youth in our community!

As a full time working mom of two, Coach Connie loves a full calendar! Her schedule consists of working as an Enterprise Sales Consultant for a payroll&HR industry leader, coaching her youngest daughter’s U6 team, regular gym sessions, outdoor actives, spending time with family and friends, and most importantly church on Sundays with her family of 4! She is a Psychology graduate of Florida State University and is a die hard Seminole sports fan!

Coach Mike Feeney (Coach Mike) started his development journey with the Greece Buccaneers (Greece United FC) playing at an NPL level after. Coach Mike won several tournaments and league championships during his time with Greece. As a tenured captain, and leading goal scorer for the club several seasons running, he stepped into the arena of association football with Greece Arcadia.

It wasn't very long until Coach Mike transitioned to the officiating side as well as he became a licensed US Soccer Federation head official in 2002. Coach Mike still plays today and has over 28 years of experience. Recently, Coach Mike also completed the US Soccer Training program to become a licensed Professional US Soccer coach.
