East Cherokee Soccer Club

Once upon a time in 2024, the ECSC Little Lions program kicked off with a mere 10 kids. It was just enough to start a class but let's face it, it can be very challenging! The coaches, fueled by passion threw their extensive soccer skills aside and figured out that this is all about FUN! They turned every practice into a fun fest, where learning to dribble is just as important as learning to giggle. Fast forward to today, and the program has exploded to over 120 little soccer players from ages 2-5! With classes capped at around 10 players each, kids can team up with their buddies or find a perfect match in skill level. And let’s not forget Larry the Lion, our mascot, who always shows up to lighten the mood because nothing says "serious soccer" like a furry creature doing the cha-cha slide. The Little Lions program has truly become a hilarious haven for young athletes and future comedians! It is a perfect balance between introductions to team sports and a kid just being a kid.
